Tasty Teriyaki Salmon ~ Serves 4
1/4 cup tamari sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp grated ginger root
2 minced garlic cloves
2 lbs salmon -wild caught is best
Combine sauce ingredients. Place fish in a container/mixing bowl, pour the sauce over the fish. Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. Grill the fish or broil in the oven, cooking 3-4 minutes on each side while basting with the sauce.
Serve the fish with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
